The canvas size of your choice will determine the cost of your service. The current cost is $2.00 per square inch and 6% sales tax.  There may be additional travel costs for venues greater than 50 miles. 

The canvas used is made of high quality gallery styled edges, kiln dried stretcher bars, 100% cotton duck canvas, with a depth of 1 7/8". The canvas will be gesso primed for a smooth surface and decrease the texture of a standard canvas. I offer 7 different sizes, however if you would like a special size please inquire directly.

My services are unique to each wedding. I will arrive at the venue well before the start of the ceremony. This will give me time to set up, view the area, plan the form of the painting, sketch, and start adding the basic values from background to foreground. I will capture a picture and video of the couple in the moment that is chosen during our consultation. Once the ceremony is over, I will transfer into the reception and continue to paint until the end of the evening. The guests will be able to observe and watch the painting unfold. I will take the painting back to my studio and continue to refine and perfect the piece until it is complete. Once it is completed I will schedule a handoff with the couple. If the couple lives too far for a handoff, I will gladly ship the piece through USPS. 

The contract is a formality to ensure both parties are clear on the services being provided. This guarantees I will be present at your wedding and the painting will be completed. I understand weddings are expensive. I offer a generous plan for completing payment.

A 30% deposit is required on signing the contract to lock in your date. Once this is paid your date can not be taken by anybody else. 

Only 50% of the remaining balance is due on OR before the day of the wedding. 

The remaining balance will be paid the day you receive the painting.

If your venue is greater than 50 miles, the state of Pennsylvania has a standard $0.67 per mile, this will be added into the total price. 

For any venue that is greater than 2.5 hours, a hotel the night of the wedding may be requested. This ensures safety for myself to get rest before traveling back home, along with the opportunity to stay at the reception as long as possible. If you would like to deny this option, I would eave the reception earlier than planned. 

We will discuss the vision of the painting, size of canvas, and details of the wedding day to ensure a smooth and stress-free evening.

I am very self sufficient and can make changes at the last minute. If there are any changes needed, notify me at least 1 day prior to the wedding.
